Oh wow! I lived in Santa Fe from age 20 to 21 and a half. I wish I could go back. I live in Sweden now and out foilage includes a lot of Aspen’s and Birch. Occasionally I’ll spy a maple amongst our predominantly Fir thickened forests. Thank you for sharing this.
